Delivery & Exchanges
We will happily send our products to anywhere in Great Britain. And to keep things simple, postage is charged at a standard rate of £2.99 (3-5 working days).
Unfortunately we can't currently send orders to anywhere outside of Great Britain. Sorry about that.
In the unlikely event that your order arrives damaged or faulty we will of course replace it for you once we've had the chance to inspect it. If you would like to get in touch with us about any issue please email email@example.com.
Items sent back to us without first requesting an exchange will not be accepted.
Please note that we do not accept returns. Given the nature of the product (single person eye drop aid) and how it is used, we cannot accept the contamination risk.
