Refund policy

Due to the nature of our products - single person eye drop aid- we do not offer returns or refunds. As the device is designed to work with medication for eye conditions, the risk of contamination and infection means that returns are not possible.

Damages and Exchanges
Of course we will happily replace any product that arrives with you damaged or broken. Although this is unlikely we do realise that occassionally damage can happen in transit. 

Please inspect your order when it arrives with you and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item. So that we can evaluate the issue and make it right, please contact us at info@cameron-graham.co.uk.

Items sent back to us without first requesting an exchange will not be accepted.
